Protag is your average salaryman ikemen who has a cute coworker trying to get him to play otome games in his spare time, so he plays one on a whim and has a blast in the extra freeplay rpg mode, but after abusing his body for so long he just keels over and dies one day. He then wakes up in the body of his favorite (minor) character in that otome game who is a late bloomer with shit starting attributes but massive scaling who can become the god emperor of everything through effort, and decides to use his future knowledge and overpowered skills to save his family from ruin.

This work has been done 100s of times before, if you’ve read any isekai villainess you’ve read this one as well. The protag speedruns through learning magic, swordplay, and even invents the totally novel concept of Cosmetics that has never been done before in the history of humanity or villainess isekais. At least it wasn’t hand pumps or mayo yet again.

The main unique part about this work is that the token Japan region is inhabited by Dark Elves instead of uh people who look japanese. Also having a loli dark elf wife as the main heroine is pretty great. That’s about the only actual positive about this work I can muster.

However Chapter 13 is the most based thing i’ve ever read. Just a random insert romance between two monsters (a large cat monster and a slimer) that has literally nothing to do with the rest of the work out of nowhere. Why?
