One of those subgenres of isekai where it’s possible for the protag to go freely back and forth; somewhat solving the need for the protagonist to be a walking-wikipedia when he can just freely go back to his own world and learn things when the issue surfaces (and eventually bring wikipedia back with him) or contract out for various projects to be planned up with his conveniently obtained massive lottery funds. The main highlight of this work is the cute heroines who are also extremely competent in their own respective ways. Like most other series of this kind, it starts out as basic village improvement then slowly expands into millitaristic/economic/political topics slowly broadening the reach and spiraling out of control.

Truly though the cute girls carry this series thank you artist-sama. The chapters are fairly long and with a good amount of detail, the pacing is nice, and the protag isn’t a total pushover. However the pacing gets a little bit slower the longer the work goes on. Everything more or less gets solved with the fact that the protag has unlimited money and can go back and forth between japan and the isekai but it’s still good enough as a “city simulation” genre work.

Also shoutout to all of the mangaupdates reviewers not understanding that the protag isn’t touching the girls that are Obviously Into Him because they’re literally 14/15 and he’s 25.
