Protagonist buys and moves out to an abandoned island after various events, when all of a sudden one day on a stroll he comes across an isekai’d elf laying on his beach. He nurses her back to health and lets her stay there, discover a dungeon that spawns on the island, and apparently isekaijin and dungeons are popping up all over the place in japan (and possibly the world), and the government wants a piece of the isekai pie. He now has to try and negotiate with the government to keep his island (and his elf wife) relatively safe while fighting in and managing the dungeon(s).

The artist clearly has a “nipples visible underneath clothing” fetish since despite learning about bras and being told to wear them, nobody in this story ever does, including the native japanese women who really clearly should. This work would be relatively normal without that actually kind of insane quirk to it.

It’s a fairly enjoyable read, but the art is kind of subpar and also the nipples wtf.
