Description / Comments
The protagonist lives in a world where everybody recieves a “class” at the age of 5 which determines your stat/skill growths and ultimately determines your lot in life, however she has the misfortune of obtaining the “maid” class despite being a part of a prestigious household and is thus functionally exiled and condemned to die a lonely unloved death (because reasons). However upon dying she retains her conciousness in the body of a newborn and functionally shares the body with this new conciousness. After a few years of living a fulfilling lifestyle in a loving family, she ends up giving up her conciousness to disappear and leave the body entirely to the original owner, causing the girl to forget almost entirely about her until her coming of age ceremony to decide her class at age 5. This time she managed to receive the job class of “Alchemist” but since her family is so loving she’s given the tools she needs to succeed, and thus begins the journey of the loli doing tons of alchemy with her broken appraisal skill and basic knowledge from her past life.
I was kind of vibing with the series up until the point where it went whole hog glaze meme in ch9/ch10. The fairy king exists solely to let the protag do whatever she wants and give the protag whatever she needs without effort. It’s lazy and bad.
ch15 is good though, just two dorks planning their nice comfy ideal home/workshop(s).
The panelling in this work is distractingly poor, and a majority of the backgrounds are simple white voids to boot, with most of the character art being fairly simplistic. カチュア has a nice dress but that’s about the only noteworthy aspect of this work.
