Protagonist lives in a world where reincarnated people regularly show up and are able to spawn like literal yachts into the ocean and are treated as worthy of worship as they bring prosperity to the world. However while the protagonist has the ability to create the first step of manifestation (illusions) like the reincarnators of the past, she has no memory of her past life and is deemed a heretic(?) for deceiving others with her witchcraft and believes herself not to actually be a reincarnated person. However just before she’s thrown into a pit of snakes as her death sentence(?) despite being a platform with gallows to hang her, she gets a flashback to her previous life and wouldn’t you know it she actually was reincarnated all along! Then she regresses backwards a little ways in time just enough to change the deathspiral that her life went down.

Extremely brainlet tier melodramatic petty ass villains. This is actually painful to read. So like everybody is comically antagonistic to the protag since she has only step1 of the reincarnator skilltree and doesn’t explicitly call herself a reincarnator, meanwhile there’s another noble lady in the mansion who is supposedly a reincarnator who can also cast illusions yet also can’t manifest anything yet yet is lauded and praised since she stated that she is in fact a reincarnator. When in reality we clearly know what she is a bitchwitch trying to get fame and fortune to being the fabled “last reincarnator” that has gone missing. So everybody in the mansion is just comically evil and in on this while the protag is just getting abused and trampled on. Except she remembers an event where the duke gets killed in the forest, manifests her reincarnator powers, and also the power to repel curses because she’s the super cool chosen one, just in time to save the duke (super cool beautiful male love interest) and make him devoted to her instantly. It’s so contrived. My brain is melting. What the fuck is even the evil dudes’s endgoal? Okay so they kill off the protag who is the child that will bring prosperity and peace to everybody and replace her with this fake. Then what?

Honestly the art in this work is fairly good, 3d backgrounds notwithstanding but otherwise very pleasant to look at. However some of the dress choices are kind of questionable ngl.

However. Please, read literally anything else.

Holy fuck the cute twinbraid panel(s) in ch17. I hate this work, but, those are some cute panels. I stuck it out on the off chance there would be more good panels like these but there unfortunately never was so I’ve included almost every panel here so I never have to read this work again.
