The protagonist is the youngest daughter of a poor family living paycheck to paycheck, who is also deathly ill and spent most of her childhood in a hospital draining their parents’ already small amount of funds. She dies a pitiful death after suffering for ages with no hope for the world, only to be offered to reincarnate as anybody she wishes. She wanted to be the protagonist of one of the few (otome) games she played in her life, but since you name the character yourself she didn’t know what to name it. As a result she mistakently says the name of the Evil Villainess of that game and gets reincarnated as her instead.

I enjoyed this work in the beginning but the “southern heir” arc near ch50+ kind of just immensely sucks that it makes the entire thing not really worth reading. It’s bad enough that I could believe that the story was AI-generated based off of a few basic prompts about villainess stories, since it meanders around constantly forgetting what it was doing without really progressing after a point. To be honest I didn’t really expect much more than that with a title like this, but I still had at least some hope.
