마탑의 문제아들(The White Tower's Rogue Mage)

Demon lord invades the world and everything goes to shit, but our protagonist is the leader of the white mage tower and was able to stand up to the demons, except he died in the process. 20 years pass and for some reason he wakes up in the body of some random dude and has to figure out how to fix his tower’s sorry state.

I don’t really understand how all of the knowledge the protag built up is completely lost in just 20 years, and basically just exists for the protag to show his epic knowledge and how cool he is in comparison to all of the plebs once again despite being a “low tier mage”. His disciples are still around but they never actually have a chance to interact with the protagonist becuase they’re off in other locations for plot reasons, so the protagonist will never be challenged or shown up by other people who might know even the most basic of shit.

At least the art is fairly good. The main merits of this work is that it follows a “Wind Mage” for a protagonist which is actually a little rare as far as these stories go, and also that it has some nice char interactions with other males, and isn’t particularly focused on romance at all. But everything else about the work is kind of trash so it’s hard to recommend unless you specifcally want to read a niche magic story about wind mages that barely go into surface level detail about the magic system by a dude that has already figured out everything there ever is about the magic system with no real further discoveries necessary because he is the most genius koreaman to ever exist.
