Protagonist is a doctor working at a clinic when Covid hits and for some reason his clinic is getting slandered online from people saying you’re more likely to get infected if you go there, so his dreams of running a clinic are ruined. He then “accidentally” slips off a bridge and drowns while reading the negative comments, only to wake up in the body of a pretty boy noble and can see status windows etc. He was reincarnated into the web novel he regularly read as the crown prince who is destined to die at the age of 22 from being sickly, and he is currently 21 years old. He then has to use his medical knowledge to save his sickly body along with any skills he might’ve gained when reincarnating into this body. How you ask? Acupuncture and fixing his meridians and other wacky quack doctor shit.

This work was created by the same author of Greatest Estate Developer, rehasing all of the things that made it great in a way that is 10x worse than you could imagine it would be. The doctor uses absolutely meme quack korean medicine to “cure” everybody like random herbs and acupuncture and takes it 100% seriously. It is insulting to read, especially the later arcs where he basically brainwashes more doctors to follow his meme practices. It almost retroactively makes greatest estate developer worse by simply existing. It’s functionally a sequel to it in all of the worst ways.
