The protagonist was a noble child whose entire family died and left him to fend for his territory at the young age of 16, yet countless pandemics broke out and he was unable to prevent his territory from going to ruin. Eventually other territories invaded and executed the protagonist, except in his last moments before death he finally unlocks useful skills that might’ve helped him prevent this fate, including time magic which allowed him regress back into when he was a baby with all of his memories intact. However upon doing so he also finally remembered the life before his previous one as well where he was an average old dude in japan who also died an early death.

Simple and nice work about the protagonist just making a ton of stuff from modern times in a medieval european setting, like all of the other isekai. It mostly just focuses on the territorial disputes/politics of the surrounding areas while the protag tries to figure out how to implement his shit without being too prophetic. The art is fairly average with nothing outstanding about it.
